My Role.

I led the overall User Experience and UI design for both digital and physical products at Verizon’s Innovation Tech Lab. This lab, now recognized as a premier technology hub, is utilised by the Verizon Hub crew, presenters, and other team members.

The Brief.

Verizon Business briefed Momentum Worldwide’s UK team to design an immersive experience for their customers while ensuring sustainability was integrated into the build and approach from the start.

We at Momentum created a technology innovation centre called the ‘London Hub’ with circular design thinking and considerations for social and environmental impact woven into everything. Working with local award-winning London artist Tom Robinson, who built the Nucleus Table in the main meeting room from discarded e-waste. As a result, 334kg of plastic pollution was diverted from landfill.

100% of the assets that were left from the previous Innovation Centre and were not used in the new Centre were donated to local charities.
