Mentorcity
Being responsible as a digital product designer, I led an independent project for MentorCity, a cloud software company, based in Canada, involving user research, ideation, and redesign of a whole web application.
I used UX research methods such as surveys and defined methods including personas, information architecture, card sorting, sitemaps, user journey maps, empathy map, action plan, user flow map, existing and new IA.
The project was designed with user-centred design techniques and agile and iterative methodologies.
I managed to lead and aligned the project to solve user experience issues for target audiences to achieve a great outcome, and I leveraged my expertise to deliver low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups, and navigation flows.
Throughout the design thinking process, I collaborated and communicated with the Founder/CEO, developers and engineers to design amazing user experience and user interface.
