Web application for Recruiters and Jobseekers
LiveJobb is a company based in Sweden. The company provides service to recruitment (agencies and companies) and job seekers (especially migrants in Sweden). The web application system allows recruiters to connect with individual job seekers, have a face-to-face quick video interview, and afterwards choose the right candidate.
The system also allows for the addition of a remote “translator” during the video call interview for job seekers who don’t speak fluent Swedish.
Low-Fidelity Wireframes
Initially, the most basic paper prototype sketches were designed for each screen. In a demonstration of usability test, the sketches are refined according to user actions. Low-fi wireframes were useful in the design process and are a simple way of mapping out the possibilities that may be involved in an app’s full experience.
